DG Set Notification – According to CPCB, it is necessary for the genset manufacturer/importer/assembler to have valid certifications of Type Approval and a certificate for Conformity of Production with noise limits. These certificates need to be produced every year for each model of product that is manufactured, imported or assembled. Users should make sure that they buy gensets only from certified manufacturers.
